It amazes me how quickly we get to this time every year! We are preparing for the upcoming season of lessons and there are a few changes to note. PLEASE READ about all of the changes as well as our CANCELLATION POLICY below PRIOR to registering.
First, in an effort to alleviate traffic and overlap of lessons, we are adjusting our lesson times by 5 minutes/25 minutes of lesson time. Instead of starting and stopping lessons at the same time, there will be a little break in between. Lessons will now be in increments of 25 or 50 minutes.
Second, we have adjusted the way that we do private and semi-private lessons. You now have the option to sign up for either 25 minute lessons or 50 minute lessons. The group lessons will remain 50 minutes for the 4-day sessions.
The prices for private and semi-private lessons have also been adjusted to meet the increased costs as well as to remain competitive with other swim instructor options. We are STILL offering more bang for your buck when you compare!

PLEASE look at your schedules carefully before registering! We WILL NOT be able to make up classes for kids who are sick, forget to come, decide to schedule a vacation, etc. We recognize there are SOME circumstances that merit a make-up time or refund, like broken bones, funerals, EXTENDED sickness... you get the picture. We can consider these case by case. Don't hesitate to contact me if you find yourself in this type of situation.
We will reschedule if there is lightning, but NOT ANY OTHER KIND OF WEATHER UNLESS WE DECIDE TO CANCEL. We do heat the pool when it is colder. If you choose not to send your child(ren), that is certainly your right, but we will not be able to refund or reschedule in these cases.
WE LOVE teaching your kiddos, but it is unfair to our instructors, as well as other kids if we are trying to add kids to classes that are already full because they want to make up a class. We appreciate your understanding!!!
If you register, and then need to cancel, there will be a $5 cancellation fee/child/session up until ONE MONTH PRIOR to the session start date, at which point, HALF of the registration fee will be forfeited. At or after ONE WEEK PRIOR to the session start date, the whole registration fee will be forfeited.
