Friends,

It is that time! We are ready to begin registration for another season of swimming lessons and we are excited! Below, you will find our schedule for this season. Please note the following:

First, PLEASE READ our cancellation policy BEFORE you register. 

Second, we will proceed as we have in past years, where each person is accountable for themselves and they use prudence when deciding if they should bring their kiddos to lessons.  As always, if there are extenuating circumstances, we do consider refunds (like broken bones, funerals, EXTENDED sickness). But we do not refund or reschedule for a student having missed lessons because they forgot to come, went on vacation, or ended up sick for a day or so. I hope this makes sense and that you understand why it is unfair to our instructors and other students if we are trying to add students to classes that have already filled, etc.

Registration and Cancellation Info

Here is a link for the registration form online.  We also still offer good old-fashioned forms that you can print and return with payment here.

PLEASE look at your schedules carefully before registering!  We WILL NOT be able to make up classes for kids who are sick, forget to come, decide to schedule a vacation, etc.  We recognize there are SOME circumstances that merit a make-up time or refund, like broken bones, funerals, EXTENDED sickness... you get the picture.  We can consider these case by case.  Don't hesitate to contact me if you find yourself in this type of situation.

We will reschedule if there is lightning, but NOT ANY OTHER KIND OF WEATHER UNLESS WE DECIDE TO CANCEL. We do heat the pool when it is colder.  If you choose not to send your child(ren), that is certainly your right, but we will not be able to refund or reschedule in these cases.

WE LOVE teaching your kiddos, but it is unfair to our instructors, as well as other kids if we are trying to add kids to classes that are already full because they want to make up a class.  We appreciate your understanding!!!

If you register, and then need to cancel, there will be a $5 cancellation fee/child up until ONE MONTH PRIOR to the session start date, at which point, HALF of the registration fee will be forfeited.  At or after ONE WEEK PRIOR to the session start date, the whole registration fee will be forfeited.

We request that you pay AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION to hold spots for your child(ren).
